This amazing villa, built in stone, lies on the side of a hill dominating Val di Chiana bordering Umbria. The view over all the plains is splendid reaching the hills of Montepulciano in the province of Siena and the sunsets are absolutely amazing. It is easy to reach the Etruscan town of Cortona, famous for its Etruscan remains, its antique and modern shops and typical restaurants. The film “La Vita è Bella” winner of 3 Oscars, was set here.
The surrounding hills are covered with olive groves and woods alternated with cultivated fields on terraced lands held by rubble walls. A holiday at this villa means excursions even in the region of Umbria especially to Lake Trasimeno and to the cities of Perugia and Assisi. The property has a lawn with olive trees, a swimming pool with outdoor shower, a barbecue with a wood-fired oven, a solarium terrace and loggia furnished for outdoor meals, and entertainment.
